Tell us about your first aid experiences
St John Ambulance needs to maintain a strong public profile to
make sure that everyone understands and values our work. You can
help us do this. Sharing your story will help us bring home
our message, whether you have been treated by a first
aider, treated someone yourself, or been involved with St John
Ambulance in any other way.
I have such tremendous gratitude to St John Ambulance. I don’t think words can convey what you want to say to someone who has just saved your life

With your permission, we can work with newspapers, magazines, TV
and radio programmes to place your story in the right context, and
remind people of just how important our work
is.
Please be assured that we will never give journalists your
contact details without checking with you first. If you have any
questions, please contact Laura Townshend in the PR team on

Your story
Please give as much information about your story as you can –
even the smallest detail will help it stand out to the
media, so continue on a separate sheet if necessary.
- What happened? Why? When? Where?
- Who was involved?
- What did they do?
- Was there a conclusion?
- What is your message to others?
