Free Annual refresher course
Any students who attend and qualify on our three day First aid at work course taking place after 1
October, are automatically entitled to their first Annual refresher
course free of charge.
How do I get 50% off my first annual refresher?
Any students who attend and qualify on the one day Emergency first aid at work, taking place after
1 October, are automatically entitled to their first Annual
refresher course at 50% discount.
How does the discount work?
Students who successfully qualify as a first aider on the First
aid at work and Emergency first aid at work courses will be
notified of the discount in their results letter immediately after
the course. They will then get an individual discount code with
their refresher letter prior to the first scheduled Annual refresher course.
Does the code apply to everyone who takes the course after 1
October, 2009?
This code is valid against the holder of a First aid at work or
Emergency first aid at work certificates only, so long as this
course was taken after 1 October, 2009. Students who do not qualify
as first aiders during this time will not get a discount.
What if I forget or lose the code?
If the letter has been lost or mislaid please call 08700
104950 to get in touch with your nearest booking office
prior to taking the Annual refresher.
What if I miss the first Annual refresher, can I use the code
for other Annual refresher courses?
The code is valid for 6 months from the date of the reminder
letter. It cannot be redeemed against a course that takes place
after this time has lapsed.
What if my first aider leaves? Can the voucher be transferred
to someone else?
The voucher only applies to qualified first aiders. If a
qualified first aider leaves a company, the replacement must take a
First aid at work or Emergency first aid at work course and cannot
go on an Annual refresher unless they have qualified as a first
aider.
Please note
- Customers can only redeem the free/ half price annual refresher
once they receive their 10 digit number, which they will only
receive in 2010
- Students cannot claim the free or half price course before they
receive their reminder letter
- The Annual refresher offer is not valid in Northern Ireland,
Wales, Scotland, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.
